Marshall Aerospace has extensive experience in the conversion, modification and maintenance of military, corporate and civil aircraft, and all of these aspects - including design, manufacture, test and certification, and logistic support - are firmly backed up by a dedicated team of over 1,750 highly trained personnel and an exceptional range of facilities housed in 1.2 million sq ft of hangar space at their 800 acre site in Cambridge, England together with design and maintenance facilities in Canada and Australia

Marshall enjoys a long history of successful projects including the design of the Concorde droop nose and visor in 1967; the conversion of a Lockheed L-1011 Tri-Star for NASA with the purpose of carrying the Orbital Sciences Ltd “Pegasus” satellite launch vehicle; and a space sled for medical research which flew 121 orbits in the space shuttle Challenger in 1985. Over the last 40 years Marshall has designed more than 1600 modifications for a variety of aircraft, large and small, including over 600 for the RAF C-130K and C130J variants for which Marshall is the UK Sister Design Authority.
