A unique opportunity has been created for a dedicated and ambitious Principal Engineer to join the group as Regional Manager North Queensland. This pivotal role is an important part of the Groups Northern Region Operations and will take responsibility for the General Management of the Townsville office and Client Development for the North Queensland area.
The North Queensland market has been identified as a huge opportunity for growth, targeting Urban Development and Infrastructure. Currently delivering a number of regionally significant projects the objective for this role will be to further grow and sustain the successful business unit, cementing the group’s North Queensland presence.
Crucial is your demonstrated background in a successful Senior Management Position with key experience in recruiting and retaining high performance teams, indentifying and winning new business, financial management and strategic business planning.
Working in this key market you will be provided with high level support from executive management to ensure you have the resources to meet your objectives.
Tertiary and ideally post graduate qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field are essential. Professional industry memberships and your proven ability to establish long term relationships with Local & State Government is highly regarded.
