Hays has partnered with an independent supplier of psychometric testing, Rightpeople ETP to provide our clients with effective psychometric testing options.
Hays chose to partner with Rightpeople for the following reasons:
- Internationally recognised academics from the University of Sydney have developed Australian tests using Australian norms. Many other testing organisations use tests developed in the USA and the UK
- Rightpeople is a government endorsed supplier
- Rightpeople is experienced in testing a range of volume requirements; from testing individuals to testing hundreds of candidates at once.
- All tests are available on-line for ease of use and fast turnaround of results
- Test batteries are cost effective making testing more accessible for organisations
